How to get to Blinkbonny?

The nearest large town is Haddington, which is just off the A1. From Haddington follow signs to Gifford. At Gifford turn right at the junction next to the church, and proceed through the village. After leaving Gifford take the next left, before Gifford Golf course, which is signposted Longyester. Procced along this road for approx 3 miles, passing Yester Farm. The road becomes single lane, continue past the sign for Castle Golf Course. You will come to Longyester Farm and here you take a right (a large barn and farm building will be immeadiately in front of you) and continue for half a mile (If you pass a telephne box you have missed the right turn) - Blinkbonny is on the right.

Th postcode for Longyester is EH41 4PL - but for sat nav users this will not get you directly to the entrance of the wood. Once you get to Longyester farm you must follow instructions above.
